Tile Roof Painting Process

Cleaning
We pressure wash the roof to remove debris, moss, lichen and algae from the roof. Not only does this clean the roof, but it also reduces the weight from the roof structure.

Repairing
We then check the roof and surrounding areas to change broken tiles, remove the ridge cappings, place new mortar and install new bedding. We ensure your roof is fully sealed to protect your roof from future leaks.

Preparing
After we’ve cleaned and repaired the roof, we then prepare the roof for painting. The preparation includes placing a clear coat primer or sealer onto the tile surface.

Painting
The paint we use is from the premium quality INDUSTRIAL ROOF COATINGS product range, which includes a membrane manufactured to withstand harsh weather conditions. We then apply two coats of your chosen paint colour.

Final Roof Inspection
